Linkedin Profile & Recommendations

“I collaborated with Jamie on a number of projects during my time at K-12 Teachers Alliance. He is an extremely hard-working individual with an unparalleled work ethic and a unique mix of artistic and management ability.

Jamie is able to turn a last-minute emergency project into a first-rate product while keeping in constant communication with the rest of the pertinent team members.

One example of Jamie's diversity stands out in my mind. While KTA was exploring options of producing an ePublication which would be available on the Apple Newsstand, we signed a contract with an app development company for $30,000. Jamie approached the Vice President and assured him that he could produce the same product with much better results using software we already owned. He was given the opportunity to prove his worth and completely knocked it out of the park! He managed the entire project from beginning to end, working with my team to plan content, working with the rest of the art department to create custom illustrations and graphics and developing second to none functionality throughout the entire ePublication... all for a fraction of the cost of the outside company - and 10 times the usability.

Jamie has been an amazing Art Director at every turn and the organization has been fortunate to have him.”
- Jessica Hanna, Director of Marketing at Click Pro Logic, Inc.

“I reported to Jamie as graphic designer to art director and he is a pure pleasure to work with! He keeps you motivated and excited about what ever project you're working on. With a youthful and fun sense of being, he manages to keep fresh on the newest design trends and that definitely leaks over in to his personality which is important to have in a working environment.”
- Alexis Moulds, Designer and Lead Illustrator at K-12 Teachers Alliance

“At KTA, we've had to be flexible, versatile and keep up (and ahead) of the curve when it comes to our art, media and tech solutions. Despite any adversities, we had to be steadfast in our recommendations and work under tough constraints to get the job done. Although there have been plenty to surrender to the call, Jamie is one of the few to steady the storm and continue to produce excellent work - all while being receptive to criticism and collaboration on bigger projects.

He's a testament for a great art director in that way - knowing his craft (and beyond) from front to back with a work ethic to match.”
- Mike Maravilla, Unscene Media Group

“Jamie is an amazing Art Director. He is creative and a well rounded person. He works hard to produce a great product.”
- Crayola England, Senior Photographer - August Home Publishing

“I worked with Jamie for several years at WOOD magazine. He is a very talented and creative individual. He has a very good sense of graphic design.”
- Marlen Kemmet, Managing Editor, WOOD Magazine - Meredith Corporation

"I have known Jamie for over 20 years. During that time, I have found him to be extremely creative, detail orientated, and reliable. He has done design work for our firm, as well as several other non-profit organizations with which I am affiliated. The designs have been innovative, eye catching, and met the parameters of what we were looking for. If I have design work to be done, Jamie would be one of the first people I would think of to generate a quality product."
